I don't remember my teacher's login details or my students’ login details

If you don't remember your own username and password, you can request your username and change the password via this link:

If you don't remember your students’ usernames and passwords, you can update the info on the website under the User Management section.

Please do the following:

1. Log in with your teacher login details.
2. Go to the User Management section.
3. Find the student account you want to continue using.
4. Choose Update.
5. Here you can find/change the username and update the password. Please bear in mind that you don't need to know the previous password in order to change it!
